We are careful and conscious not to pick any plants or plant materials from land that has been poisoned or suspected of being poisoned with agro-chemicals. Our History
Healing Origins started with the self-healing journey of Chandan.
What probably initiated this journey was the realization that he did not
really know how the body truly operated and that is why he could not heal
himself from the unhealthy consequence he found himself in at that time
and therefore his investigations into the science of the body led to a constant study in the
subjects pertaining to the mechanics and dynamic of the internal intelligent body.
Going natural seemed to be the best option for optimal results, so the constant consumption
and dependency of pharmaceutical products had to be replaced with natural plant medicine
and conscious eating habits.
Wanting to learn more about the locally used and traditionally dependent
plants for healing, Chandan reached out, visited and spoke to many of the elder people
throughout his travels. Many of the local elders were kind enough to share their knowledge, stories and
experiences of local healing plants with Chandan.
What began as a self healing journey led to a self realization and self discovery towards a path
of service to the people who seek the herbs and treatments offered by Healing Origins.
